Order and Payments
On www.aduroshop.com you can only order goods through our website.
You can order and pay with VISA or MasterCard in the web shop on www.aduroshop.com.

When trading on www.aduroshop.com, you will receive an order confirmation, showing your purchase. Please print and keep this order confirmation, you may need it for exchange, regrets or claims.

It is not possible to see previous orders when using your log-in on the website. If you wish to have a copy of your order confirmation please contact us through the Contact Us page on the website.          
www.aduroshop.com uses DIBS as a payment gateway and has a cashing agreement with Nets – the former PBS. The payment system lives up to all the demands for security, which are demanded and is approved and certified by Nets. All communication between the payment system and the cardholder takes place by means of an encrypted SSL connection. This ensures that no unauthorized persons can see the exchanged data. The amount is not withdrawn on your card, until the goods leave Aduro A/S. It is not possible for Aduro A/S to charge a higher amount than the amount you have accepted by the purchase.

Prices
All our prices are in Euro and included 25% tax and other duties. The valid price is the price shown on the website on the day for the purchase for the specific item.

Delivery charges are calculated on the order.

We reserve the right to changes in prices and taxes, false pricing and discontinued or sold out goods.


If there is a product description and a manual to the product, these can be printed directly from the web shop.

Delivery
Aduro delivers through GLS and in some countries through subcontractors. Delivery will follow in weekdays between 8AM and 5PM.
If the consignee is not at home on the time of delivery, the courier will bring the package back to the nearest ParcelShop/terminal and at the same time leave a message to the consignee with instructions on a collection.
If the package has not been picked up within 14 days, the package will automatically be returned to Aduro A/S. If the package has to be resent, the costumer has to pay the freight costs for the re-delivery. If the package is not delivered within the below mentioned time limit, the consignee must contact Aduro within 7 days.
The package must be immediately controlled at the reception. If the package contrary to expectations has been opened or in other ways is visible damaged, the consignee must make a reservation on the freight letter at the reception or deny the reception. If the content is damaged, the consignee must claim this towards Aduro A/S within 48 hours in order to keep the right to receive replacement. This also applies to non-visible damages.  By visible and non-visible damages, the consignee must prove the damage by sending pictures of the packing including GLS-label as well as the damaged parts. Furthermore, the order number as well as the shipment number must be stated in the claim for faster processing.

Denmark
In Denmark Aduro delivers through GLS, and the delivery time is 2-4 working days from order date. The delivery charge and the terms of delivery are only valid in Denmark, exclusive Greenland and The Faroe Islands. In case of deliveries for Greenland and The Faroe Islands, please contact Aduro A/S for the delivery charge.

Norway
In Norway Aduro delivers through GLS (Norway Post) and the delivery time is 7-9 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Norway.

Germany
In Germany Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 5-7 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Germany.

France
In France Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 5-7 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in France.

Belgium
In Belgium Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 4-6 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Belgium.

Sweden
In Sweden Aduro delivers through GLS (Schenker AB) and the delivery time is 6-8 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Sweden.

Great Britain
In Great Britain Aduro delivers through GLS(Royal mail) and the delivery time is 5-7 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Great Britain.

Ireland
In Ireland Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 6-8 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Ireland.

Finland
In Finland Aduro delivers through GLS (Posti and others) and the delivery time is 5-7 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Finland.

Iceland
In Iceland Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 11-13 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Iceland.

The Czech Republic
In the Czech Republic Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 4-6 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in the Czech Republic.

Spain
In Spain Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 7-9 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Spain.

Switzerland
In Switzerland Aduro delivers through GLS (Swiss Post) and the delivery time is 5-7 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Switzerland.

Austria
In Austria Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 4-6 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Austria.

Holland
In Holland Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 4-6 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Holland.

Luxembourg
In Luxembourg Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 4-6 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Luxembourg.

Lithuania
In Lithuania Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 6-8 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Lithuania.

Italy
In Italy Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 6-8 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Italy.

Greece
In Greece Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 8-10 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Greece.

Estonia
In Estonia Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 8-10 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Estonia.

Poland
In Poland Aduro delivers through GLS and the delivery time is 5-7 working days from order date. The delivery charges and the terms of delivery are only valid in Poland.

Returns policy and the Purchaser’s right to cancel
According to Danish Law you may regret and return your buy at the latest 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The right to withdraw from the transaction can only be utilized if the goods are returned in the original complete condition and correct size. The right to withdraw from the transaction becomes void if the goods are used in a way that clearly reduces the sales value significantly. The goods must be returned in original packaging together with a copy of the order confirmation.

You need to pay the delivery charges yourself for returning the goods.
If the goods meet the demands for our return policy and the right to withdraw from the transaction, you will receive your money back within 14 days after receipt of the goods at Aduro A/S. The amount to be refunded is the payment for the specific goods and the possible delivery costs. The amount will be transferred to the card you have used for payment or your bank account.  

You can regret your purchase by acting as follows:
- deny the receipt of the goods, or
- return the goods to Aduro A/S

If you have returned the goods, you will receive an e-mail when the goods have arrived at Aduro A/S. In the e-mail there will be information on the further process in connection to the handling of your regret/claim. Any inquiries concerning the right to withdrawal or returning of goods, must be send to Aduro A/S on phone: +45 7027 4703 or e-mail aduroshop@aduro.dk.

Complaints
You have 2 years right to make a claim on all goods. This means that within 2 years you can quote faults and defects. You can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the concrete situation. However, this can only happen, if the claim is justified and if the defect is not a result of wrong use of the goods or any other damaging behavior.

Product liability will not cover damage caused by incorrect installation and use of the wood burning stove. Likewise, product liability will not cover loose parts and wear parts (fireproof tiles, glass, gaskets, rails, cast iron grate and control), as they are worn by ordinary use

Any possible mistakes or defects in the received goods must be quoted within reasonable time after these have been noted. If you claim within 2 months after having realized the fault, the claim will be punctual. If the claim is legitimate, we will refund your fair transport costs.

Please remember to return any goods in original and proper packaging and also remember to keep the receipt for the dispatch, so we can refund your delivery charges.

Repair and Re-delivery
If the item is defective, Aduro will repair the item within reasonable time. If this is not possible or Aduro does not find it appropriate to repair the item, Aduro will deliver a replacement after the receipt of the defective item. Aduro A/S will also refund your possible documented expenses for the return. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, Aduro A/S will refund the purchase price, including your possible documented expenses for the return    

Claims
If You wish to make a complaint regarding Your purchase, please contact Aduro A/S. If You do not succeed to find a solution to the given problem, remains the possibility to make a complaint to the Online Dispute Resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Responsibility
Aduro A/S does not take the responsibility for anything besides the mentioned points. Aduro A/S cannot be held responsible for any indirect loss or consequential damages. You are protected by the law. Aduro A/S concludes all agreement in English and after Danish court of justice. When shopping on www.aduroshop.com the Danish court of justice normal buying– and legal agreements rules also apply the rules about consumer’s purchase. As a consumer you are therefore protected by the existing legislation in the field, primary the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Agreement Law.

Disclaimer and reservation
Aduro A/S reserves the right to printer’s error in prices as well as items descriptions, value added tax and other tax changes and also delayed or defective deliveries as a result of force majeure events.

In order to deal with us on www.aduroshop.com we need the following information:

When gathering personal information through our website we always make sure that it only happens with your distinct consent so you are informed about which information is being gathered and to which purpose.
Employees at Aduro A/S will all have access to the registered information on you. The person in charge of data on www.aduroshop.com is Aduro A/S.

We do not keep the customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
All communication between the payment system and cardholder goes via an encrypted SSL connection. This ensures that none unauthorized persons can see the data being exchanged. 

All information given to www.aduroshop.com will not be passed on or sold to a third party, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.
As registered with Aduro A/S you always have the right to make objections against the registration. You may also have insight in which information, we have registered on you. These are your rights according to the   Persondataloven and any related inquiries must be sent to Aduro A/S through e-mail on aduroshop@aduro.dk.

On www.aduroshop.com Cookies are used to optimize the website and its functionality and hereby make your visit as easy as possible for you. You may at any time delete Cookies from your computer, how to do this depends on your browser.

Log Statistics
We use a log statistics on www.aduroshop.com which means that a statistics program collects information, and tells us how many visitors we have, where they come from and where they leave the website, etc. The log statistics may only be used with the purpose to optimize www.aduroshop.com.

Marketing
Information about customers: Name, address, e-mail etc. are used by Aduro A/S to fulfill your order and inform you about possible unforeseen problems with the delivery. Aduro A/S will under no circumstances pass on your information to a third party and Aduro A/S will not use the information to marketing purposes, unless we have your accept.

Deletion of Information
Information regarding your order and other possible customer information will be kept for 5 years, where after the information automatically are being deleted, unless the information is still relevant to Aduro A/S, for instance due to new orders or the like. This is in order to secure a correct handling of possible claims.
